A former senator from Michigan, Spencer Abraham served as Secretary of Energy under George W. Bush from 2001 – 2005. Abraham was one of the founders of the Federalist Society as well as the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. Abraham is the author (with William Tucker) of Lights Out!: Ten Myths About (and Real Solutions to) America’s Energy Crisis.
